Contact your employer to receive the ORI number and OCA. - Some Florida agencies will reject a livescan if an applicant fails to provide a social security number. -If you are applying for licensing or employment in another state, you will need fingerprint card or out-of-state service. - Out-of-state residents or foreign nationals will need card conversion service to apply for licensing or employment in Florida. -There is no refund on livescan or fingerprint card services provided.
