Established in 2017, CEVICHE FACTORY MIAMI is a family owned eatery offering an affordable gourmet experience to everyone. Ceviche, also "Cebiche", typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, most commonly lemon or lime, and spiced with a, chili peppers or other seasonings including chopped onions, salt, and coriander. We marinate the fish with our unique "LECHE DE TIGRE (TIGER'S MILK)"containing Ginger, Celery, Garlic, Red Onion & Coriander. We hope you can enjoy our version of "Ceviche" as much as we do!
