The Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at UHealth/Jackson Memorial is one of the world’s premier rehabilitation hospitals. Adult and pediatric patients recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cancer treatment, and other complex conditions will benefit from this new state-of-the-art, 250,000-square-foot facility. The family-centered design includes the latest technology, a full aquatic center, transition apartments, meditation space, an activity garden, and so much more. The building’s layout is designed to ensure researchers, families, inpatients, and outpatients are sharing spaces — a reminder of the way we integrate academic study with the day-to-day treatment of patients.
