Attorney Erik Kardatzke founded Debt Defense Law over seventeen years ago to defend clients being sued or harassed by debt collectors, credit card companies, and their lawyers. Over the years, our attorneys have litigated or settled thousands of Florida debt defense cases, including wage and bank account garnishments. Remaining consistent with our founding principles, our team continues to work with and fight for those that have been served with a summons or otherwise notified of legal action related to recent or older debts. It is Attorney Kardatzke's goal to see Florida consumers treated fairly by debt collectors and their lawyers, and our law practice is dedicated to defending consumers fighting Florida debt lawsuits.
