Douglas Inciarte, M.D., MMM, FAAFP is a Family Medicine physician and Program Director of the West Kendall Baptist Health Family Medicine Residency Program affiliated to Florida International University in Miami. As Program director of the Family Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Inciarte will lead the recruitment, training and supervision of the Resident physicians.
