Dr. Serguei A. Castaneda, MD

Serguei Castaneda, M.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist with Baptist Health. He specializes in cutting-edge radiation therapies including pencil beam scanning, electron therapy, brachytherapy and GammaKnife. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Before joining Baptist Health in 2022, Dr. Castaneda served as a locum tenens radiation oncologist for the Hillman Cancer Center at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Castaneda completed his radiation oncology residency at Hahnemann University Hospital – Drexel University College of Medicine. During this time, he served as the radiation oncology chief resident from 2017 to 2018.
