Golden Age Assisted Living Facility

We offer home-based model assisted living services to our elderly that due to health, mental or physical limitations require supervision and assistance 24/7. Our dedicated and professional staff in combination with physicians will perform comprehensive assessments to accurately determine level of assistance needed for personal care, ambulation, and activities of daily living, such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and traveling to medical appointments. Each assessment is personalized to meet each resident need. Our goal is that our residents maintain the best quality of life, as independently as their limitations allows them; and to keep them socially engage by having programmed community activities.
