Heidi Gamboa

Dr. Heidi Gamboa is a pediatric gastroenterologist within the Division of Gastroenterology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale & completed a residency in pediatrics at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Dr. Gamboa pursed a fellowship in gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in New Castle County, Delaware. After fellowship, she acquired additional training in Neurogastroenterology & Motility at the Medical College of Wisconsin/Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Her clinical interests include nausea, vomiting, functional constipation and motility disorders of the GI tract
