In Cultured Company is a leadership development organization committed to racial equity and transforming legacies of conflict between Black and/or Latinx leaders and communities with a particular focus on Haitians and Dominicans. We aim to reclaim our history and healing by providing thought leadership that drives people-centered movements for our collective liberation. Our mission is to build bridges where others have built barriers by sowing seeds of peace, reconciliation, and collaboration.
