Keller Williams Capital - Good to Close

As the closing manager at Keller Williams Capital, I am the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage brokers, and other third parties involved during the process of a real estate sale. I effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale. From ensuring all documents are correctly uploaded to command and approved by compliance to creating timelines and following up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released. In a nutshell, I manage the closing process, documentation, transaction communications, and scheduling actives in order to get the transaction "Good to Close" allowing agents to do what they do best, selling homes.
