La Liga Contra el Cancer has served over 66,473 patients from over 50 countries and continues its efforts since its foundation in 1975. The League Against Cancer is a non-profit organization, and depends on grants from the public and private sector, donations and a variety of fundraising activities such as its annual telethon.
