Miami Chef Academy @ FIU

Offering accelerated hands-on advance culinary courses for professionals, prospective chefs, cooks and foodies. Our galley course are designed for chefs who want to be part of the Yacht Industry. Continuing educational programs are available on an ongoing basis open to community members who seek to better their skills in cooking, baking and pastry. The Academy is located at the Florida International University Biscayne Bay Campus in North Miami, Florida.
