Michael Yurubi, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician, specializing in the prevention, diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment muscular-skeletal system injuries. He is fluent in English and Spanish.Prior to joining Baptist Health in in 2022, Dr. Yurubi completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship for Baptist Health Orthopedic Institute, part of Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. During his fellowship, he researched ortho-biologics and platelet-rich plasma. Dr. Yurubi uses ultrasound guided procedures to provide the most innovative and effective care for his patients.
