Michele R. D'Apuzzo, MD FAAOS

Dr. D'Apuzzo is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a Professor at the University of Miami specializing in hip and knee replacement. Dr. D’Apuzzo is originally from Venezuela and completed his fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where he was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award. During his fellowship, he was also awarded the prestigious John Insall Award by The Knee Society. Dr. D’Apuzzo also trained at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN and at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville VA.
