Nicholas M. Fort, MD

Nicholas M. Fort, M.D. is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Fort treats injuries and conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow. He has additional expertise in complex traumatic reconstruction of the upper extremity, sports related injuries, and treatment of peripheral nerve injuries. He is dedicated to providing individualized care for his patients. Dr. Fort is a 4th generation South Floridian and cares deeply for his community. Dr. Fort speaks English and fluent Spanish.
