Stayplus is a destination for short-term rentals, extended stays, and property management. The firm was founded in 2020 by Santiago Rodriguez, a real estate aficionado who has a proven track record in sales and management across all industries including luxury residential, multifamily, and hospitality. Stayplus services starts with a person who owns a real estate property, and is seeking to get it rented. If renovations to the property are needed, we work with licensed general contractors to bring your vision to life. Next, our marketing department produces professional photos and develops a strategic plan to boost the visibility of the property, including listing it across rental channels such as Airbnb, booking.com, and others.
