We provide skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation including would care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy, outpatient rehabilitation and more. The Palace Nursing & Rehab Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, and some Managed Care.
