UHealth Fitness and Wellness Center

The UHealth Fitness & Wellness Center is located on the medical campus adjacent to the University of Miami Don Soffer Clinical Research Center and is open to UM faculty, staff, students, affiliates and partners. The facility includes a 15,000 square foot fitness floor with views over downtown Miami, more than 100 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, a group fitness classroom and a dedicated studio cycling room. Other amenities include: towel service, fully equipped locker rooms with saunas and steam rooms, and a lab designed for fitness testing.
