Uplift Literacy

Uplift Literacy is a Miami-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that believes literacy is the cornerstone to lifelong success. We partner with schools and after-school programs to empower children with the necessary literacy skills and resources to read proficiently by the end of 3rd grade, a milestone that is a significant indicator of a child’s future educational development. We provide free research-based interventions and tutoring to students in grades PreK-3 to cultivate every child’s full potential. In addition, our organization educates families on tools that can be used to support literacy development at home through our monthly family engagement events.
